When you’re feeling a little “green around the gills” apply behind ears and inside wrists and pulse points. You can also inhale directly from the bottle or roller a few times into the palms of your hands, cup them over your nose and breathe deeply. If convenient, you can also massage onto your abdomen in a clockwise motion.
